HOUSE RULES

🔥 1. Cooking

Frying or grilling inside the apartment is not allowed.
You may use the outdoor BBQ or the oven.

❄️ 2. Air Conditioning

Please turn off the A/C when you are not in the apartment (energy saving).

🍺 3. Drinks & Food in the Bar Area

Consumption of drinks or food in the bar area is not allowed unless purchased from the bar.

🚿 4. Sand from the Beach

Please wash your feet at the garden taps before entering the apartment.

🏖️ 5. Beach Towels

Apartment towels are not allowed to be used at the beach. Please use your own beach towels.

🧺 6. Laundry

Do not wash the property’s towels or linens.
The washing machine is only for your personal clothing.
If you need clean towels or sheets, please let us know.

🍖 7. BBQ Use

Before lighting a fire at the BBQ area, please ask if any restrictions apply.
An electric BBQ is also available anytime — please leave it clean.

👥 8. Extra Guests

Hosting additional persons not included in your reservation is not permitted.
(Extra guests have an additional charge.)

🚫 9. Visitors

Bringing friends or visitors to the apartments or garden is not allowed without approval.
Prior notice and a reservation at the bar are required (with charge).
